General terms and conditions

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These general terms govern access, use, and the booking process through the Vinyes Can Grau website, a tourist accommodation located on the island of Mallorca. By making a booking or using this website, the user expressly accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

We kindly request punctuality to ensure the proper management and cleaning of the accommodation.

3. Use of the Accommodation

No Parties or Events: Parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction of the guests, cancellation of the booking, and loss of any payments made, including the damage deposit.

The accommodation is intended exclusively for temporary tourist and residential use for a maximum of 6 guests. No commercial, professional, or other non-authorized uses are permitted.

4. Tourist Tax

In accordance with the regulations of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, a Tourist Stay Tax (eco-tax) applies.

In our case, this tax is already included in the final booking price and does not entail any additional charge for the guest.

5. Final Cleaning Fee

A one-time charge of €225 applies for the final cleaning of the accommodation. This amount will be included in the total booking price and clearly stated during the reservation process.

6. Damage Deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200 is required, payable by credit card or bank transfer.

The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damages or rule violations are found.

In case of damages, breakages, or unacceptable conditions, the cost of repair or extraordinary cleaning may be deducted from the deposit.

7. Guest Identification and Registration

In accordance with local regulations, authorities require identification of all hosted guests. Therefore, it is mandatory to:

Present valid identification (passport or national ID) before or during check-in.

Without this documentation, the booking cannot be completed, and access to the accommodation will be denied.

8. Cancellation Due to Breach of Rules

Vinyes Can Grau reserves the right to cancel a booking without refund in the event that:

Unauthorized parties or activities are held.

Basic rules of coexistence are not respected.

Mandatory guest identification is not provided.

9. Services and Liability

The website provides detailed information about the accommodation, pricing, and availability. However, Vinyes Can Grau is not responsible for typographical errors or temporary interruptions in service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Vinyes Can Grau or third parties with a license.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their application will be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
